Mango Avocado Smoothie

Hi campers, I’m Mars. Today I will show you how to make a healthy, tasty drink–avocado mango smoothie! It’s pretty easy to make, let’s see how to make it!

Ingredients 

  • A ripe avocado
  • A ripe mango
  • Yogurt
  • Milk
  • Sugar(optional)
  • Blueberries, cherries, or strawberries(optional, for decoration)

Steps:

  1. First let’s wash our hands
  2. Then take out cherries, strawberries, lime or any fruits you like, cut them into thin slices (Be careful when you do this. Please do it under the guidance or an adult, or you can skip this step)
  3. Take out a cup/glass and stick these slices of fruit on the wall of it
  4. Peel and chop the mango
  5. Put them into the blender
  6. Add some yogurt and milk
  7. Start blending
  8. Stop when it’s become to a smooth
  9. Pour into the cup/glass that we just prepared
  10. The same goes for avocado
  11. Peel and chop it
  12. Then start blending into the blender to smooth
  13. Pour it into the cup/glass
  14. Add some fruits on it for decoration
  15. Done
